God of War Fan Celebrates Ragnarök With a Stunning Freya Cosplay

A renowned cosplayer shows us her intricate rendition of Freya the goddess, in the role she plays in God of War Ragnarok

To mark the launch of God of War Ragnarok A person who is a fan of God of War made an incredible Freya cosplay.

@MissSkunk, who has been a cosplayer for shared photos of her stunning replica of Freya from God of War. The photo depicts her in the forest, with a long-sleeved leather dress and a loincloth. The outfit is completed by a long belt with an elongated brass central. The tunic is decorated with a variety of discs made of metal, which include hide as well as rope. Two feathers can be seen hanging from her head, along with braids and a silver ringlet. They hands of her are covered with Old Norse tattoos, and her arms and legs are covered in cloth and leather wraps.

Frau Adler is a cosplayer, and is on Facebook under the username MsSkunk is her username. Frau Adler has been cosplaying since 2004. The most recent projects are Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn; Rogue from Cyberpunk 2077 and Sadie Adler in Red Dead Redemption II.

God of War‘s Freya was in the spirit of the Norse mythology of Frigg and Freyja. The universe of the game is populated by a god who initially assists Kratos as his son Atreus is diagnosed with an unknown illness. When Baldur’s death occurs and the Ghost of Sparta kills her son Baldur and she shows compassion but then decides to turn against the deity. Ragnarok Freya Returns to the series, however this time, she’s an antagonist seeking revenge on Kratos.
